Freedom Fitness, Cave Creek and Troon’s only Premier, Full Service Health Club is looking for a qualified Membership Sales Representive to join our growing team of fitness professionals.

Summary

We are looking for a professional, responsible, energetic, enthusiastic individual who is looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Represent Freedom Fitness to the community.

• Sell club memberships while achieving or exceeding individual new sales, and ancillary service goals.

• Create and execute outreach activities in the local area, which include partnerships with local businesses, attending special events and participating in community activities.

• Must be knowledgeable of and participate in all club service, programs and products while adhering to and implementing Freedom Fitness policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills and education:

• Must possess previous sales and customer service experience.

• Have the ability to build relationships and work closely with others in a team environment.

• Possess an energetic and friendly personality with the desire to help people improve their health and fitness related goals.

• Self motivator with strong communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Computer proficient.

• Ambitious, hardworking, punctual with the desire to learn and passionate about the fitness industry.

• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Good Knowledge of Social Media
